About us

  • We are just simply everyday folk from all walks of life who share the same beliefs and meet very simply in the way the Bible teaches.

  • We believe the Bible to be the written word of God, and that it shows the only way to get to heaven.
  • We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that He died that people may have their sins forgiven through accepting Him as having died for their sins.  This is further explained in Sir James Simpson's Testimony
  • Although the Bible was written many years ago, we believe that it is still just as applicable to us today. Learn more

  • We do not go under any denominational name, but are simply Christians.
  • We are not Jehovah's Witnesses or Mormons, or a religeous sect and we do not seek to recruit for 'our church'.
  • We do not ask people to contribute in any way financially, neither do we ask for any form of membership or commitment from anyone who would have a desire to come along and visit us.
  • We do not pressure people into unwelcome discussion.

  • We have a Good News Hour each Thursday at 6.15 pm during term times for the children, where children as young as 3 years old, up to others in their teens come along regularly, but there is room for more!  Learn more
  • At 6.30 pm each Sunday we have a meeting for the teaching of God's way of salvation (the way to heaven) where all are welcomed.
  • There are other meetings too, but those above are especially for newcomers. Learn more

  • The Bible says "Whosoever will", That means you, and everybody else.
